पैटर्न लॉक लगा कर बहुत से लोग भूल जाते हैं। पैटर्न लॉक हटाने के कुछ टिप्स इन्हे आजमाइए।
जब लॉक लग जाता है तो फ़ोन आपसे प्ले स्टोर की ईमेल ID-Password मांगता हैं। आप ईमेल व पासवर्ड डाल कर रिसेट कर सकते हैं। अगर ईमेल से भी अनलॉक नहीं होता हैं ,तो नीचे लिखे स्टेप को आजमाए।
- सबसे पहले मोबाइल के वॉल्यूम के ऊपरी बटन को दबाये।
- अब होम बटन को दबाते हुए फ़ोन के पावर को ऑन करे।
- मोबाइल पर डिस्प्ले जब आ जाये तो बटन को छोड़ दे।
- अब स्क्रीन पर लिखे रिसेट पर वॉल्यूम बटन के द्वारा जाए। होम बटन से ओके कर दे। मोबाइल रीस्टार्ट हो जायेगा। बस आपका पैटर्न लॉक खुल गया।
लेकिन बहुत से फ़ोन में रिसेट का ऑप्शन नहीं होता हैं।
उसको फिर सॉफ्टवेयर के द्वारा रिसेट कर सकते हैं।
- सबसे पहले को Android Multi Tools v1.02b Download कर इनस्टॉल करे।
- अब मोबाइल को Fast Mode पर लेकर जाए।
- Fast Mode पर जाने के लिए वॉल्यूम डाउन बटन को दबाकर मोबाइल को On करे।
- मोबाइल को USB Data Cable के द्वारा Computer से connect करे।
- अब 8 Wipe Data/Cache On Fastboot Mode को सेलेक्ट करके एंटर करे मोबाइल फ़ोन रीस्टार्ट हो जायेगा।
